What is Wellness Coaching?
Wellness coaching is working together on setting and achieving physical, nutritional and wellbeing goals to live a well-rounded and healthy life. As a coach, I meet with you on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to give you accountability check-ins, help to shape and measure realistic goals, and give tips about training.
What techniques do you use?
I work on a holistic approach, not just focusing on one element like fitness or nutrition, but addressing all elements of your physical and mental health. This is not about quick fixes, but working on creating long-term changes. The work we do together takes an intentional approach, using stair-stepping goals, which means your results and habits will last longer.
How long do we work together?
I have worked with clients on every level, from initial goal setting to months of ongoing accountability.
